In our design challenge, we explored innovative ways to increase blood donations among students and employees. Our group met regularly, and we were amazed to realize the common barriers faced by potential donors, including time constraints and lack of awareness about donation impacts. To address these, we established three selection criteria: ideas that are "most likely to succeed," "most likely to delight," and "most breakthrough if implemented." Our final concept focuses on creating engaging campaigns and experiences that resonate with our community’s values and ultimately foster a culture of giving.
