Advanced CNC Machining at Valley Design One Stop Shopping at Valley Design: From 4 Axis CNC Micromachining to Precision Lapping, Optical Polishing and Production Dicing We are excited to announce additional capabilities in CNC Micromachining to complement the other services traditionally provided by Valley Design. With the recent acquisition of Haas 4 Axis CNC equipment, we can now provide CNC Micromachining of all hard materials to micron level tolerances. We can produce all your requirements for intricately formed Fused Silica, Quartz, Glass of all types, 96% - 99.9% Alumina and Aluminum Nitride Ceramics, metals and other exotic materials including machining of extremely small shapes, rounds, squares, rectangles and anything else you can conceive.

  2. Features may include through holes and pockets, corner chamfers and radii, edge chamfers and steps, complex geometries, tight tolerances and polished surfaces. Parts can range in size from as small as .005” to as large as 450mm and everything in between. Valley provides stock and custom substrates, wafers, shims and spacers of Aluminum Nitride, 96% - 99.9% Alumina, Fused Silica, all types of Optical Glass, Stainless Steel, Sapphire, and also laps, polishes, and machines customer supplied material.
