3. Our Practice Appointment Scheduling Patients are seen by appointment for routine care. Patients with urgent problems, emergency birth control and FREE PREGNANCY TEST  are seen daily. Telephone Calls Routine calls are taken by our professional staff. Our staff will return your call as soon as possible. Patients are advised to leave work and home number with the staff. Urgent Services Urgent services are provided in the office or the hospital as needed. Routine calls, prescription refills and non-urgent questions are directed to the office during regular office hours.. Prescription Refills Pharmacy refills are handled during regular business hours Monday through Friday. Patients are advised to check medication needs before the weekend.
