  3. El Objetivo Lograr un presupuesto planificado por toda la comunidad universitaria, entendiendo como comunidad a todas las personas que hacen vida en la Universidad: Estudiantes, Profesores, Empleados Administrativos y Obreros.

El Medio:Comisión Contralora • Contraloría de Gestión por Objetivos • 1 Estudiante de EAC (Apoyo Técnico) • 2 Estudiantes/Escuela (No Representación Estudiantil) • 1 Profesor Instructor • 1 Empleado Administrativo • 1 Obrero • 1 Representante de la Contraloría General de la República (Validez Jurídica)
