  16. What is Cruise Connections? Cruise Connection: The Partnership • Established in 2001 • Originally funded by Interreg and private/public partnership, then in 2007 by SEEDA via EKP. In 2009 became self funded. • Partners: Port of Dover, KCC, Leeds Castle, Canterbury Cathedral, Dover District Council, English Heritage, Kings Ferry Travel Group, Howletts & Port Lympne, Ramada Dover, Eastwell Manor.
