  3. Accessing LoboWeb • my.unm.edu • Login using your NetID and Password • Click on the Faculty or Employee Life tab • Click on LoboWeb

  5. LoboWeb Basics Choose your Term and Student before doing something. A variety of information is available for your review. Update load limits or programs and add comments to the student record.

  6. Select Student FastInfo2937 • Search by name using “%” and “_” for multi- and single-character wildcards. • Be sure to select All if the student has not been assigned as one of your Advisees.

  7. View Student Info • General information about the student and their program. • Be aware of Confidential indicators. • Links to email and telephone information are at the bottom of the page.

View Unofficial Academic Transcript Prior and current term grades, degree awards, transfer hours and more … StudentInfo3156 Curriculum Information: Current degree program on file (your academic advisor can adjust). Term Totals: Cumulative Hours and GPA. Transcript (Level) Totals: Hours and GPA by degree level including transfer, if any. Courses In Progress: Final Grades not yet submitted.

  9. Unofficial Academic Transcript For more information on transfer courses, review your Transfer Credit Evaluation or TCE. (StudentInfo3228) Once confirmed by your College, your degree will be added to the top of your transcript. Courses will be listed for each applicable degree level.

  12. View Holds What kind of hold is it? Additional comments What does the hold prevent? When did it start? When will it expire? Who can resolve the hold?

  13. Add Comments Student program summary & existing comments Be sure to include your NetID in any comments. Continue to Save Comments

  14. Update Data This form is only available through the Census Date (3rdFriday) of the semester. Load Limits may only be updated after student has registered and should not be raised prior to the start of classes. Program changes are only allowed within the current student level Click “Continue” to review updates, add explanatory comments and “Save Updates”

Registration Deadlines • Deadlines vary by part-of-term (full, 1st/2nd half, etc.) but for 16 week terms are: • Last day to add: 2nd Friday • Refund: 3rd Friday • Drop w/o grade: 3rd Friday • Drop w/o permission: 12th Friday • More deadline details can be found at registrar.unm.edu – Deadline Dates FastInfo3173

  17. Registration Errors • Which error did the student receive? SFASTCA. • How can they be overridden? • Faculty (LoboWeb) • Department (SFASRPO) • Cards cannot be used to override restrictions. • What overrides have been granted by Instructors or Departments? SFASRPO. • If the student has questions about meeting a pre-requisite or other registration errors; • SHASUBJ: UNM and transfer courses by Subject. • SCAPREQ: Course Prerequisites. • SSARRES: Section Restrictions FastInfo4060

Enrollment Authorization Forms • Only these errors may be overridden with a card: • Green: Level • Blue: Drop ISE, ISM, ISR • Cards can be layered if necessary to save the student re-acquiring signatures. • Forms may be used to add, change, or drop. • Student signature required for any transaction. • The form required varies based on transaction and whether grading is open. • After deadline Late Transaction Fees are either $10 or $75. Registration forms are available at http://registrar.unm.edu/forms/index.html

  19. Enrollment Authorization – Grade Mode Change • This form is used to change grade modes before or after deadlines. • If submitted after deadline or choosing Audit grading at any time, the instructor’s signature is required. FastInfo2046

  20. Enrollment Authorization – During the Term • This form is used by students to add or change course information before grading has opened. • NOTE: If submitted after deadline, a $10 or $75 Late Transaction Fee will be generated. FastInfo2046

  21. – During the Term • May be used to add, change grade mode, variable hours, or sections. • May not be used to drop. • All Steps must be complete (signatures, dates, course info, etc). • The student should submit the form in person. For alternative arrangements, please contact the Registrar’s Office.

  22. Enrollment Authorization – After the Term • This form is used by students to add or change course information after grading has opened. • NOTE: Once it is given to the professor, the student can no longer handle it since it has a grade. FastInfo5121

  23. – After the Term • May be used to add or change registration info. • All Steps must be complete (signatures, dates, course info, etc). • Form will generate a Late Transaction Fee, either $10 or $75 depending on transaction. • Once the instructor has added the grade, the student can no longer handle the form (Step 4).

  24. Enrollment Authorization – Drop with Deans Permission • This form is used to drop individual courses, before or after deadlines (12th week for 16 week sections). • There is no fee to drop sections. • Holds will not prevent processing of the form. • If submitted after deadline, the student’s Dean must sign. Enrollment Authorization – University Withdrawal • This form is used to drop all courses for a term, before or after deadline (12th week for 16 week sections). • There is no fee to drop sections. • Holds will not prevent processing of the form. • The Dean of Students Office must sign. Introductory Studies Course Exemption • This form is used to drop or change sections of Introductory Studies (ISE, ISM, ISR 100) courses. • Students should obtain the card from the University Advisement Center. • The advisor will fill out the form for the student to sign. The student then submits the form for processing. • If submitted after deadline, an EnrlAuth – During the Term is also required. If after grading has opened and EnrlAuth – After the Term is required. Level Restriction – Graduate Credit Authorization • This form is used to override Level Restrictions. • Students should obtain the card from Graduate Studies. • If submitted after deadline, an EnrlAuth – During the Term is also required.
