Remedy Status • Remedy Requester Console - Department of Justice/Coast Guard pilot implementation completed 7/30/2011 • Change Management (SCRs) implemented 9/10/2011 • All help desks are now supported by Remedy • Scheduled SCRs (PP21 forward) and unscheduled SCRs transitioned to Remedy from Microsoft Access DB • Exploring continued roll out of the Remedy Requester Console • None

2011 W-2 Issuance Process • Completed W-2 transaction code and agency testing • 15 Agencies/Departments participated in testing • Completed W-2 print test and W-2 mailing • Finalizing 2011 W-2 project plan, 2011 W-2 project kickoff meeting is scheduled for 12/7/11 • Organizing staff to meet demands of clearing items in 2011 W-2 suspense • First pass of 2011 W2s scheduled for 12/29/11 • Clearing of 2011 suspense scheduled to begin 12/30/11 • Printing/mailing of 2011 W-2s scheduled to begin 1/10/12 and completed by 1/31/12 • 2011 W-2s on EPP/Reporting Center scheduled for 1/13/12 • Turbo Tax and Tax Cut downloads scheduled for 1/17/12 • VIP W-2s scheduled for 1/31/12 , as well as the mailing of all remaining 2011 W-2s • 2011 W-2Cs scheduled to begin on 2/6/12 with any corrections necessary • Customer Notification will be sent addressing the W-2 schedule • W-2 schedule is subject to change • The last day for an agency to request a W-2 be placed on HOLD is 12/23/11, please process your payments as timely as possible to avoid using the HOLD process • The employer paid portion of health care premiumswill be included in Box 12 of the W-2 beginning in 2012. The amount will be presented to comply with President Obama’s health care plan and will NOT be included in Box 1 as a taxable amount • Historically 97.84% of all W-2s will be available on EPP and Reporting Center on 1/13/12. This means that 15,000-16,000 will need to be cleared from suspense. If an employee’s W-2 is not on EPP on 1/13/12, please inform them that their W-2 will be released prior to 1/31/12
2012 Annual Pay Raise • On 11/16/11, NFC issued the CAPPS Notice regarding the 2012 Annual Pay Raise Kickoff which included the pay raise procedures, timeline, and the required forms • On 11/19/11, NFC held a conference call with the customers to ensure that everyone was aware of the 2012 Annual Pay Raise Procedures (based on the President’s 2-year pay freeze) • Non Foreign employees are excluded from the Pay Freeze as stated in the NFC Bulletin, Title I, 11-2, Annual Pay Raise, dated 1/7/11. It includes the pay plans that NFC will automatically process a pay adjustment for the Non Foreign Areas. All other pay plans, not listed under section “Federal Pay Increases Processed Automatically In Pay Period 01, 2011” in the Bulletin, must be submitted to NFC per the 2012 Annual Pay Raise Procedures • Submit test participation forms to the Annual Pay Raise mailbox on 12/8/11 • Submit security access forms to NFC’s Security mailbox on 12/8/11 • Submit agency requirements to the Annual Pay Raise mailbox on 12/30/11 • Submit agency TMGT table update requests to the Annual Pay Raise mailbox on 12/30/11 NOTE:If the Executive Order is signed earlier by the President, the Pay Raise Activities TIMELINE will be adjusted accordingly • None
Electronic Paperless Personal Benefit Statements • Working with agencies to address reporting and fine tuning requirements with development staff • No FRD will be prepared as per the existing process for annual projects • Print will be suppressed for those agencies making this determination • Annual personal benefit statement preparation is in process • CAPPS notice will be prepared and sent by 12/2/11 requesting final participation response by 12/16/11 • Timely receipt of agency participation must be met

EmpowHR In-sourcing • Staff attended formal PeopleSoft Training • Scheduled over 21 Unisys-led Knowledge Transfer sessions resulting in over 240 hours of training for over 35 employees across GESD and ITSD • Collected 40+ hrs. of audio files from Unisys on identified knowledge areas for current and future staff to reference • Collected, reviewed, and cataloged over 60 technical, functional and project management documents for future reference • Created over 20 Individual learning plans for each new/current employee to assess, identify, and track critical KSA’s related to the transition • Migrated CY11-Release 10 and Person Model to Prod • Proceeding with staffing the last new DBA position • Preparing/finalizing FRDs, scheduling design reviews, developing NAFI, CY12-PP01, and CY12-PP04 Releases • Attended fit-gap sessions and reviewing requirements/preparing FRDs for FEMA and One USDA implementations • Proceeding with Security Clean-up Project • Continue to attend/participate in training and knowledge transfer sessions • Continue to gather, review, and catalogue Unisys documentation • Continue to shadow and monitor current contractor development staff • Own 80% of development work by CY 12 PP4 Release • Own 100% of development work for CY12 PP12 Release • Continue internal and external stakeholder engagement (e.g., internal communications, external webpage, customer forums etc.) • None
