  2. Working cast의 조건 • 삭제한 치아의 finish lines를 따라 기포가 없어야 한다 • 모형의 전부위가 변형이 없어야 한다 • Wax pattern margin의 carving시 접근이 가능하도록 trimming해야 한다 • Die : working cast에서 wax pattern의 margin을 finish하는 개개의 삭제된 치아의 모델 • Working cast with a separate die • Working cast with a removable die

  3. Working cast with a Separate die • working cast & sectional cast for die • separate impression • elastomeric impression의 경우 두 번 pouring • 장점 • 제작 용이 • 지대치 관계가 고정 • 생리적으로 조화된 수복물의 형태 • 단점 • wax pattern transferring • 내면 적합성 파괴

  6. Working cast with a Separate die • apical 부위의 형태는 치근의 형태와 유사해야 한다 • red pencil로 finish line 강조 • black pencil 사용시 • wax pattern margin이 open되어 보인다 • 흑연이 매몰재로 옮겨져 주조체의 margin을 더럽힐 수 있다

  10. Straight dowel pin • 수평적 변위에 대한 저항 우수 vertical deviation • Dowel pin 위치 선정 • prep. 장축에 평행하도록 위치 • 인상체에 닿지 않도록 위치 • immovable table의 자석 사용 bobby pin 사용 • stone pouring

  11. Straight dowel pin • dowel tip에 작은 utility wax ball 형성 • dowel 위치 파악에 도움 • dowel 주변 stone에 분리제 도포 후 base pouring • 경화 후 trimming, wax sphere 제거 • sawing • 교합면에서 치은 방향으로 taper

  12. Curved dowel pin • prepouring technique - positioning bar 이용 • dowel head가 치아 인상체로 1.0-2.0mm 들어가게 고정 • dowel tail은 순면 • dowel head와 dowel의 두꺼운 hexagonal body의 1.0-2.0mm가 덮히도록 die stone pouring - finishing line에서 약 4.0mm

  15. Pindex system • 높은 정확성을 가지고 제거와 재장착이 반복적으로 이루어질 수 있는 die • Procedure 바닥과 평행하게 trimming

  17. Pindex system pin에 소량의 cement 도포 pin 접착 후 sleeve 장착 short sleeve 끝을 wax로 막는다 long pin 끝에 utility wax

  19. Di-Lok Tray die stone pouring 후 설측부가 open된 U-shaped cast로 refine 모형의 내외면에 horizontal guiding groove 형성 • tray내에 stone 채우고 • cast seating • tray edge가 cervical line의 4mm 하방

  20. Di-Lok Tray 3/4 까지만 sawing 나머지 1/4는 손으로 부러뜨린다 - 긴밀한 접촉을 한 채 남아있는 이 부위가 die를 정확한 위치로 유도 stone 경화 후 tray 분리
