  2. What is a Bulk Item • Bulk Items are types of waste that are too large to be accepted by your regular Waste Collection

  3. Bulk Item Pick-up for Tribal Members • Bulk Item Pick-up is a service for the Comanche Nation Tribal Members • C.N. Tribal Members are allotted: • TWO (2) BULK ITEMS A YEAR • ONCE EVERY SIX (6) MONTHS

  4. Steps before Assessment/Bulk Item Pick-up can be done • Must be an Enrolled Comanche Nation Tribal Member (Proof of CDIB) • Proof of Ownership/Residency (Utility Bill) • Bulk Item Consent Form must be filled out • Assessment Date and Assessment must be done • After Assessment is complete, An Appointment will be scheduled for the Bulk Item Pick-up

  5. Types of Service • Bulk Item Pick-up: (Only ONE trailer load per Bulk Item Pick-up) • Weekend Trailer: (Only One Trailer load per Weekend Trailer) • Tree Limb Pickup: ( Only if Natural Disaster is at fault) • 30 Yard Roll-off: ( Certain Circumstances)

  6. Bulk Items Accepted • Furniture Items: • Couches, Recliners, Tables, Etc. • Large Appliances ( White Goods): • Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer, Stoves, A/C Units, etc. • Scrap Items: • Bicycles, Grills, Lawnmowers, & Other metal objects

  7. How to Set up Bulk Itemson the Curb • Place items within 3 feet of the curb on the scheduled pick-up day. • Bulk Waste must not exceed no more than 8 cubic yards • Do not place items under power lines or trees • Make sure vehicles are not blocking access to bulky waste items • Do not place items over water meters, gas meters, tele-phone boxes or cable boxes.

  8. Bulk Item Dimensions&Acceptable Setup • Accepted Material • Furniture Items • White Goods • Mattresses • Tires • E-Waste • Scrap Metal • Items Not Accepted • No Dirt, Rock, Concrete or Hazardous materials • No Paint or Liquids • No items over 75 Lbs. • No plate glass

  9. Items Not Accepted • No Demolition project items • No Dirt, Rock, Concrete or Hazardous materials • No Paint or Liquids • No Roofing materials and Shingles • No Yard Waste

  10. Non-Acceptable Bulk Item Pick-up • Bulk Items must be brought out to the curbside for Pick-up • The CNESWD will not pick-up the items if items are located inside the garage or backyard

  11. Tree Limb Pick-up • Tree Limb pick-up is available only if natural disaster is at fault • Only ONE Trailers load per pick-up • Debris must be bundled in bales no larger than 3’x4’ • Bundles must be tied with twine or rope • Place brush piles within eight (8’) feet of the curb • Do not place brush piles in front of parked cars, near fences, trees, mailboxes, beneath overhead wires or low-hanging tree limbs, or on top of water meters.
