This study investigates the impact of Hepatocyte Growth Factor (HGF) on the activation of ERK1/2 and MEK1/2 pathways in Huh7 cells. Using phospho-specific assays, we measured the percentage of control for Phospho-ERK1/2 and Phospho-MEK1/2 at various time points (0.15, 30, 60, 120 minutes) following HGF treatment. Additionally, Ras-GTP activation was also assessed under the same conditions. Results demonstrate a significant temporal response of these signaling pathways to HGF stimulation, highlighting their role in cellular signaling.
