This document provides an overview of the progress, accomplishments, plans, and concerns of the project conducted by the Yellowtooth team at the University of Portland School of Engineering. The team, led by Rob Vandermeulen, Ken Lee, Vlad Shvets, and Mike Rumely, under the guidance of advisor Dr. Nuxoll and industry representative Mr. Jason Favors, is working on building a DBUS, establishing Bluetooth connection with PIC, and finishing the Switchbox. Despite challenges with fan-out issues, the team has successfully compiled programs for PIC16F877 architecture and made progress on the uIceBlue setup. Future plans include completing TOps, achieving Bluetooth communication, and integrating RS232 communication. The team is focused on resolving Bluetooth-related concerns and staying on track to meet project milestones.
