My Personal Vision Statement • To provide students success in becoming lifelong learners. • To develop attitudes, skills, knowledge, self-discipline, responsibility, and self-motivation needed for students to become successful adults who will contribute positively in a global community. • To create a strong, challenging, and comprehensive educational program of high expectations that utilizes multiple strategies, enhances self esteem, provides role models, optimizes each student’s potential, and stresses respect. • To create a student/parent/school relationship that works as a team to foster the success of each individual student. • To develop a school that is committed to the active involvement of a caring, creative, and competent staff; teamwork; shared leadership; and a safe and orderly learning environment. • To develop a school that prides itself on the dedication to students, families, community, learning, and each other.

As an Educational Leader: • I believe a school must have a vision that is a concrete part of the school and a detailed plan on how to reach its goals. • I am dedicated to the belief that we must be sensitive to the needs of each individual student and that all students are capable of learning. • I will strive to improve educational programs and encourage teachers to provide effective and multiple instructional strategies.
As an Educational Leader: • I will dedicate myself to the recruitment and hiring process to ensure we have the most qualified teachers. • I will provide a safe and welcoming learning environment for students. • I will behave with the utmost honesty and integrity. I will always conduct myself ethically. I will expect this at all times.
As an Educational Leader: • I will involve the community in the actions of the school through vision, guests, and volunteer groups. • I will offer opportunities to the families to become involved in their child’s education.
