BACK EXTENSIONNo back bend, knees should be bend little bit all the time – right setting
SHOULDER PRESSelbows are stopped in shoulder line when go down, don`t lock the elbows
TRICEP PRESSKeep shoulders in one line, don`t move with them up and down, back can be lean again backboard or upper part of body can be little bit forward (but keep head and back straight)
LAT PULLDOWNTake care about back bend, set well pad atop the knees
