Cell Cycle Analysis Reveals DNA Content Changes over Time

This study examines DNA content variations in cell cycle phases SubG1, G1, S, and G2/M at different time points. The relative cell numbers in each phase were analyzed and presented as percentages. The experiment was conducted for 6, 24, 48, and 72 hours to track cell cycle progression.
