  18. Person 4: The Encourager You are responsible for encouraging your team to ensure they are finished the activity first.

The activity • The resource manager should collect and share the cards between the members of the group. • You are not to show anyone else your cards. • You should take turns in your group reading out the important information on your cards. • You should discuss the methods available to solving the problem. • FINALLY: Try your best to solve the problem!
