This working paper examines the short-run economic implications of declining prospects for oligopolistic producers in the non-renewable resource sector. Authors Kristine Grimsrud, Knut Einar Rosendahl, Halvor Briseid Storrøsten, and Marina Tsygankova analyze market dynamics and producer behavior in response to changing forecasts.
