Brief Introduction - is a biannual event for TM clubs on campuses from District 67, Taiwan - is a chance to exchange experiences and innovative ideas with other clubs - is a platform where you can find solutions for your problems in management - is a time to make friends with outstanding young leaders and speakers - is an endless dream dreamed by generations after generations among campus TM clubs

Club Introduction Explanation of Significant Programs • Purpose: Inform every participant of basic knowledge of the participant clubs • Time: 3 minutes for each club • Language: English • Note: The management difficulties will be discussed in the three discussion sessions so please just simply point out your difficulties and do not explain too much. Projector is provided but not required to use PPT.

Discussion Sessions 1~3 Explanation of Significant Programs • Purpose: Have a deep discussion for management difficulties and try to find out a solution. • Time: 30 minutes each session • Language: Chinese and English • Note: There will be a session master to conduct each discussion and we encourage you to think over the 3 topics before attending the union.

  11. Discussion Session 2 -About Toastmasters Meeting Explanation of Significant Programs • How to let every member have the chance to deliver speeches? (NTU) • How to maintain meeting quality? (TTU, SCU, NCCU) • 如何提升每週會議的"教育性質“ (CKTC) • 如何增加社員參與感以提高出席率?(NCCU)

  12. Discussion Session 1 -Extra Activities of TM clubs Explanation of Significant Programs • How to hold a study group? (TTU, CKTC) • How to take mentoring system into practice and maintain it? (NCU) • mentor/mentoree system (Madou) • Outing/ other special activities

  13. How to get NCCU? (1)搭乘交通工具： 搭捷運淡水線至公館站(台大站) →轉公車236或530至政大站下車 預估時間： 捷運從台北車站至公館約10分鍾 公車從公館到政大約30分鍾

  14. How to get NCCU. (2) 自行開車： 1. 從國道三號高速公路 (木柵交流道-台北聯絡道-萬芳交流道) →萬芳交流道下北二高 → 右轉木柵路四段 →左轉秀明路經萬壽橋直行至萬壽路右轉。 2. 從辛亥路（辛亥隧道）過辛亥隧道 →直行至興隆路左轉 →左轉木柵路二段接秀明路 →過萬壽橋直行至萬壽路右轉

  15. How to get NCCU. 3. 從和平東路（軍功路莊敬隧道） →過莊敬隧道，走軍功路 →右轉木柵路四段 →左轉秀明路經萬壽橋直行至萬壽路右轉 4. 從羅斯福路（公館）羅斯福路四段向南走 →左轉興隆路 →左轉木柵路二段接秀明路 →過萬壽橋直行至萬壽路右轉
