  2. Questions We all know how to sign in to a site using username and password but… • What if the site also wants to offer SAML, OpenID, or Infocard? Or all three? • How can we make this understandable and measurably workable by mere mortals? • What’s the user experience with and without an active client? • We think there’s a button to kick things off, but is it “log in”, “sign in” or “connect”?
