By comparing data within schools and between various groups, we aim to identify patterns that reveal institutional vulnerabilities and enhance understanding of educational effectiveness. The findings will be visualized through graphs, enabling a clearer comparison of constructs. This analysis seeks to inform educators and administrators on the importance of leadership dynamics and professional growth in driving student success.
