Integrative PBPK Model for Blood Propofol Concentration Over Time After Induction
DESCRIPTION
This study presents an advanced Physiologically-Based Pharmacokinetic (PBPK) model that accurately predicts blood concentrations of Propofol (mg/ml) following induction. The model incorporates various physiological parameters and integrates data from multiple sources to simulate Propofol dynamics over time (up to 10 hours post-induction). Our findings underscore the importance of accurate modeling in anesthetic pharmacokinetics, providing insights applicable in both clinical settings and research.
