Fund for Bilateral Relations at National Level IMPLEMENTATION OVERVIEW

Disbursement First Open Call (01/21/2013 – 12/31/2014) • Allocation 150.000 EUR • Number of supported initiatives: 26 Second Open Call (10/20/2014 – 12/31/2016) • Allocation 80.000 EUR • Number of supported initiatives: 1 Third Open Call (01/05/15 – 12/31/2016) - Allocation 150.000 EUR - Number of supported initiatives: 3 Scope of awarded grants: 14.500 – 397.500 CZK (590 – 15.000 EUR)

I. - Lessons learned General misunderstadings: Including expenditures not approved in the original Application - No regards for expenditure limits (Annex 1 to the Guidelines) No regards for Time eligibility of expenditures - Pure attention paid to completeness of conclusive documents for incurred expenditures

  10. II. - Lessons learned Specific concern to: - correct data (time of spending, ECB exchange rate, provable documents) - right application of instructions in the Guidelines/annexes (e.g. eligibility of taxi, non-eligibility of some bank/travel service fees etc.)
