  3. Project Management • Kick-off meeting - July 2008 • Advisory Board virtual meeting – September 2008 • Virtual project meeting – November 2008 • First project payment – November 2008 • First Newsletter December 2008

  4. Partner Update • Botanix Ltd (UK) did not commence project – task completed by UoY. • Wageningen University has changed legal entity now Agrotechnology & Food Innovations B.V. – tasks unchanged • CSL has changed name to FERA • Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI) has been added so that Dr Richard Taylor can complete his tasks within this project.

  5. Collaboration Agreement • Almost all partners have now signed this • Minor amendments to appendix 2 subsequently requested by UGent need to be approved at this meeting • If approved this change will be added as an addendum to the CA (pg48) • The CA will not need to be re-signed

  6. Workpackage Update • All work package deliverables scheduled for completion have been received • Report quality has been good with minimal amendments requested • Summaries of each work package have been produced and will form the basis of discussion at this workshop • The collective information is very valuable and has received very positive comments from advisory group members

  7. Workpackage Update • Deliverables 1.4, 2.5 and 3.4 are now crucial to achieve quality dissemination of this work • These are due by end of June 2009 • Collation of economic data is still causing some concerns and if possible needs to be resolved here

  8. Future Activities • SUSTOIL posters will be at RRB5, Ghent, 10th-12th June 2009 • Advisory Board meeting 12th June 2009 (at RRB5) • SUSTOIL posters will be at “Green Chemistry and the Consumer”, York, 15th & 16th June 2009 • Second workshop – dates, location etc. • Next newsletter – May/June • 1st Annual report – technical and financial
