  1. KEEP FIT……STAY HEALTHY Keeping fit is as important as anything else one does to keep him/herself happy and at peace. With the phenomenal change in technology and pace, man has become too mechanical.

  2. Left with little time for one self we see problems relating eating habits, sleep disorders etc. These lead to many disturbing issues. Obesity being one of the major concerns. • Many different techniques help in removing the excess fat from the body with little side effects.
