  2. Tyre Recapping - Issue • This Form is used when we send the tyres for recapping to a vendor. • Multiple tyres can be send to at a time. • We also get the estimated date of Return and approximate cost against the tyre also. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  3. To Create Tyre Recapping Issue entry first click on Transactions on main screen Now click on Issue to open the form Now click on Tyre Recapping from the menu then Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  4. Here we can do a search to view existing records by Issue No, Issue Date, Vendor or create a new record by clicking + New Record button Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  5. Lets Start with a search to view all the records in the system. Click on the search button to display the records. To View or Edit any record click on the respective button View Button Edit Button Depending on user rights they will be displayed. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  6. Lets start by viewing a record to do this click on the view button in front of the record. For this example I am going to view NRL-00003TYR.ISU Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  7. Now lets start by creating a new voucher. Click on + New Record Button Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  8. A Blank Form is displayed on the screen. We will start by entering data in various fields. For this example we will take Narol branch. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  9. Start by Entering Branch Name, Date. Issue No will come automatically to next available number. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  10. Enter the Vendor name to which the Tyres will be send for Recapping. Here I have selected HARYANA TYRE SOLE Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  11. Enter the Expected date by which the Tyres will come back after Remoulding Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  12. Now enter the Tyre number and its Manufacturer and Brand will come automatically. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  13. Select the Rubber Brand Type Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  14. Select the type of Remould Process Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  15. Enter the Approximate Cost Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  16. Now click on Add button to add the Tyre details in the list If you need to add more then one tyre then can be done following the same procedure Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  17. Here we have entered three tyre’s which will be send for remolding. Now click on Save button to save it. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad
