Tyre Scrap • As the name suggests this entry is done when a tyre is DisMounted from a vehicle and after inspection it is found that it cannot be used again or remoulded. • The tyre must be entered in the system from Masters  Tyre  Tyre • When we do the DisMount entry we can mark the tyre as send to Scrap and then that tyre will show in this entry.   3. To Create Tyre Scrap entry first click on Transactions on main screen Now click on Tyre Scrapto open the form Now click on Tyre Movement from the menu Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  4. Like all other forms there is search option using various search fields and also + New Record Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  5. Lets do a search by clicking on search button to display all the records on screen. To view or Edit any record click on the corresponding button in front of the voucher number Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  6. The Record is displayed on the screen with all details also showing who has created the voucher on which date, username, name etc. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  7. Lets now create a new record by clicking on + New Record button For this example I am going to take Narol Branch Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  8. Enter Branch name, Date document number will come automatically. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  9. Now enter the Tyre number which we are sending from scrap. Only those tyres will show here which are marked as Send To Scrap in Tyre Dismount entry and are also entered in system from Tyre master. After entering the Tyre number its current branch and Godown is shown. Click on Add button to enter it. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  10. All details are entered in the form just click on Save button and the record will be saved. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad
