  6. Supervision • Expected standards • Academic advice and guidance • Pastoral advice and guidance • Progress review and monitoring • Reasonable access

  7. Interruptions, Extensions, Withdrawal and Termination of Registration • All changes to programme of study must be agreed by School • Interruption means temporarily ceasing to study (and leaving UK if international student) • Extension means additional time to complete • No retrospective requests

  9. Record Keeping • Why? PBS visas, academic reviews, complaints/appeals, references • What? All supervision meetings, targets, concerns, recommendations • How? As required by School. (EProg in future) • Content? Detailed, specific, accurate, say what you mean.

  10. Review and Monitoring • Every student reviewed every 6 months • Annual Review with supervisors and independent academic • Annual Review is formal progression review • 6 month/interim review is formative.

  11. Completion • KPI for 2015/2020 Agenda • Expectation is for students to complete in a maximum of 4 years (3 + 1 submission pending)
