    4. Introduction: What is Spiritual Leadership? The very title "Spiritual Leadership" qualifies the meaning. Leadership is exercised in a vast number of ways. There are leaders in crime, business, and in the military. There are leaders in government. There are leaders in civic and community affairs.

    5. Introduction: There are also leaders in the spiritual world, both angelic and demonic. God also has leadership in His church which can be very different from the leadership exercised in the rest of the world.

    6. Introduction: Think of it as "Christian Leadership", since it is possible that leadership may be spiritual and bad at the same time. As has been pointed out, the whole spiritual world, and the world of evil influences, definitely has its hierarchy of leadership.

    7. Introduction: Christian leadership, by absolute definition, must be "leadership by Christ"; or, "leadership by one who is Christ-like. We would do well to focus on the principles of leadership which Jesus demonstrated and taught.

    8. Introduction: We also should consider the psychology of leadership in the natural sense, though sometimes only as a comparison. Definition: Leadership is not title, position, rank, or office; rather it is INFLUENCE.
