Methodology New Transfers’ Graduation Rate • AZCC New Transfer : students who entered the university in the academic year with 12 or more accepted transfer credits from Arizona public community colleges • Graduation : receipt of baccalaureate degree from any of the 3 state universities • Within 3 years : time period starting with semester of transfer and ending with the summer semester of the second AY after enrolling at university. For example, the 3 year window for students transferring in AY 2007-2008 ends with summer of 2010.
