  4. Language Assessment Rubrics Complete/Update the Language Assessment Rubrics for each Current ESL student • Collaborate with content teachers when necessary File in student’s White ESL Folder ESL Language Assessment Rubrics

  5. ESL Modifications/Accommodations Checklist Complete the ESL Modifications and Accommodations Checklist • Collaborate with content teachers • File in student’s White ESL Folder ESL Modifications/Accommodations Checklist

Monitor Reports Complete Monitor Reports • Current ESL Students • 2 year monitor students • Screened and Monitored students • Screened, Tested and Monitored students • Report Card Grades can be found on the L Drive • Lead 21 Reading Levels can be found in Performance Tracker • STAR levels can be found on the Renaissance Learning website File in Student’s White ESL folder Kindergarten Monitor Report Performance Tracker Elementary ESL Monitor Report STAR Middle School ESL Monitor Report High School ESL Monitor Report

Database Updates Update Current Database • See Database snippet on I drive in ESL Documents folder for specific instructions. • Deadline for updates established by ESL Supervisor • Database manager will transfer students during the summer • Elementary  Middle School • Middle School  High School • Graduates  Former Students • Withdrawals  Former Students ESL DATABASE
