  2. Intro In this presentation I will be explaining the screw driver and how it helps the present day mechanical engineer with his work.

  3. A tool for driving screws that consists of a handle or power tool with a metal rod shaped at the tip to fit into the head of a screw. What is a Screwdriver?

  5. Who Invented it? • It is well known that Alfred Jones created the screwdriver in the 1860’s. • But their was other writings about the screwdriver before Jones.
