  3. General Information • Motivation: OMA PoC needs this. • In essence, we try to specify: • 495 (URI-list handling refused) response code • URI-List-Entry header field to 495 response

  4. IPR Issue • We discovered that Ericsson has IPR on this solution. • Now Ericsson has submitted an IPR Declaration to the IETF and is granting a royalty-free license.
