  11. The Happy Prince The statue of Happy Prince stood high above the city. It was all gold. The Prince’s eyes were two blue jewels and a large red ruby glowed on his sword.

  12. One night there flew over the city a little Swallow. He saw the statue on the tall column. So he alighted just between the feet of the Happy Prince But just as he was putting his head under his wing,he saw the eyes of the Happy Prince were filled with tears.

But the Swallow’s dead body wasn’t Putrefied Then the local government fired to appropriation on sculpt of Happy Prince. The Happy Prince and the Swallow were put into the melting-pot together by the workman. Then the sculptor sculptured again Happy Prince.But his shoulder had a gold Swallow. All the people didn’t know why the Prince’s shoulder had a Swallow. Somehow,the sculptor didn’t know why he sculptured a Swallow on the Prince’s shoulder. But the city became rich.
