Foods to Avoid for Hemorrhoids

The Hemorrhoids is a vein that swells along the inside of the anus and rectum. They may be caused by tension during defecation. Hemorrhoids Symptoms include bleeding during defecation, itching and irritation of the anus, swelling around the anus, stool leakage, pain and discomfort. Certain foods can irritate Hemorrhoids and should be avoided to reduce or control symptoms.

  5. Fried Foods Deep-fried foods contain a lot of unhealthy oils and fats, and they are heavy and difficult to digest

  6. Spicy Foods Spicy food can increase the pain and discomfort associated with hemorrhoids.
