  3. History Philosophy and Religious Studies Legal Studies Social Studies Education Our programs help students to understand why things are the way they are, but they are also practical:

  4. We teach portable skills that follow you regardless of career choice.

  5. We focus on the ability to think analytically, evaluate reasons, and express thoughts clearly.

  6. History: Our students are active in student organizations, often travel out of the country, and present their work at national conferences

  7. Philosophy: Our students outscore many other majors on standardized exams:

  8. Legal Studies: Our Paralegal Studies program is among the 25% of ABA certified programs nationally and prepares students to work immediately upon graduation

  9. 92.3% of our 2011-2012 grads were employed within six months of graduation or enrolled in law school 100% of our students who applied to law school last year were accepted

  10. Social Studies Education: Our program leads to teacher certification in KY and includes courses in History, Economics, Government, and Geography.
