  1. We have several specially designed vehicles to help transport those who need it including ambulances and emergency response units - vehicles equipped with oxygen and moveable seats Transport by ambulance or specially designed vehicles First aid and clinical support Our volunteers are trained in first aid so can provide immediate care in an emergency; first aid to low priority patients and perform triage

  2. Our volunteers can provide support to people in need - whether its blankets, a phone or just someone to talk to. Psychological and practical support Signposting and provision of information If further help is needed we will guide you to the best place or person. We will also try to update you on any new information we receive as quickly as possible.

  3. Communications support Our telephone hotline provides help, information and support to all who call. We also have communications on site to coordinate with the other agencies so everything runs smoothly. Provision of emergency supplies We provide blankets, bedding, clothing and more to those who need it.

  4. We can provide temporary shelter for those who need it and equip it with beds, blankets, refreshments and registration systems.
