London Metropolitan University, in collaboration with the Universities of Cambridge and Nottingham, has launched a Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) focusing on Reusable Learning Objects (RLOs). RLOs serve as versatile electronic learning aids accessible to students across various contexts. Each year, the initiative aims to design and evaluate 90 new RLOs, impacting 2,000-3,000 learners. The development process emphasizes user-centered design, extensive storyboarding, and a creative approach that adapts to evolving educational needs.
