R- Required Prerequisite Testing General Placement Testing Information Assessments exams are provided at no charge All testers are required to present valid picture ID (school ID card, driver’s License, state issued ID card or passport) and MEID/College ID # Sample questions for Accuplacer exam may be found by clicking Students are permitted one re-test in English, reading, or math after at least 24-hour waiting period. An additional re-test is permitted one year from the date of original testing. Course placement scores, with exception of reading, will be valid for 2 years from original test Can’t locate Accuplacer test scores? R - Required Prerequisite Testing Can complete Accuplacer College Placement Exam at Rio Salado Testing Center All English and Math Dual Enrollment students must have a passing score on Accuplacer exam To enroll in classes other than ENG 101 or Math, students must have of the following to qualify for admittance: • Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Test (PSAT) score of 93 or more • Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) score of 930 or more • American College Test (ACT) score of 22 or more • Arizona’s Instrument to Measure Standards (AIMS) score of Meets or Exceeds • Acccuplacer - Reading Placement Skills test • General Physics (PHY 111) – “C” or better in HS Trigonometry or completion of Dual Enrollment Pre Calculus (MAT 187) with a “C” or better

R- Required Prerequisite Testing Ready to obtain ID and take Accucplacer Exam? • If you receive an error message or have any questions, contact the Rio Salado Registration Help Desk at 480-517-8540. • Tell them you need to be “Quick Admitted Only” and are experiencing problems obtaining your student numbers. 10. O – Online Registration with Rio Salado Once you have our MEID/MCCCD Student ID number and have completed the required prerequisite exams you can now apply for Online Registration with Rio Salado

O– Online Registration with Rio Salado After completion of the Online Course Registration • Review course selections • Verify registration for both Fall and Spring Classes *(Payment for spring classes are not due until January) • At end of registration process you will be prompted to print application using the “print” button on the bottom of the page • The following documents will print: • Registration Request Summary (requires both parent and student signatures) • Designated Official Form (Heritage Academy representative completes) • Payment Options • Include copy of Pre-Approval Tuition Letter if approved

O– Online Registration with Rio Salado What to submit to Heritage Academy : • All printed registration documents • Copy of Accuplacer exam scores • Proof of citizenship/legal residency • AZ driver license or AZ non-operating identification license • Birth Certificate issued in any state, territory, or passion of United States * hospital record/certificate and certified abstract of birth are not acceptable • United States Passport • Foreign passport with United States visa
