  1. How Should Women Get Trained in Sports Gym? | Vortex Since ages, division of labor has always existed between men and women. This doesn’t explain stereotypical thoughts such as women are inactive, or they don’t have physical prowess. Today’s hunter- gatherer woman is seen doing heavy manual labor in modern times. To quote a review on this topic: The foraging efforts by women have seen them digging, stretching, climbing and bending frequently. Some of the other responsibilities used to be such as working in butchering and shelter construction. Here’s how to use some differences while training women in sports gym. 1.Women can tolerate metabolic stress in a better way Due to having lower arterial blood pressure while exercising; women can get more oxygen and blood in their muscles than men. The muscles in women are more capable of functioning under stress than men. 2.Women don’t need to have much rest intervals. Women don’t experience much fatigue as men do. Surprisingly, women can recover faster than men. In fact, it has been proven that women don’t need to have much rest intervals as men do to complete the same volume of relative training. Being aware of their strengths already, most of the women are often told to work out like men in sports gym, ignoring their athletic potential. Women are naturally inclined towards cardio, lifts; perform higher reps with shorter rest periods.
