  3. Plant Experiment Example: • 1. Set up three pots, each containing 150 g of Brand X soil. • 2. Plant 5 bean seeds in each pot. • 3. Water each pot with 100 mL of tap water. • 4. Add no fertilizer to Pot #1, add 5 g of Fancy brand fertilizer to Pot #2 and 10 g of fertilizer to Pot #3. • 5. Measure (in cm) the height of each plant once a week for a total of 6 weeks.
