Emphasizing the essence of effective leadership, as illustrated by Lao Tzu's insights, this initiative encourages leaders to connect deeply with their communities. It highlights their role in fostering collaboration by starting with what the people know and building on their strengths. As we embark on our Journey to We Day, participation forms must be submitted promptly for event involvement, including volunteer opportunities. Remember, those who engage actively not only learn but also enhance their leadership skills and achieve collective success. Let’s empower people together!
