  2. HEALTHY FISH • Watch your fish swimming to check if it is healthy. When you buy a fish first put the bag in the tank for 20 minutes to make the temperature the same. If you put the goldfish in the tank right away it will get sick.

  3. EGGS • Goldfish hatch from eggs. An adult fish lays thousands of eggs. When a goldfish becomes a adult they will turn in to shiny orange. A common goldfish can 25 years if you take care.

  4. PLANTS • Plants are important in your fish tank. They look best with taller ones at the back. Plants make oxygen for the fish to breath. This is why they are useful.

  5. CLEANING • Place your tank away from bright sunlight. Every two weeks you should clean the tank.

  6. SPECIAL FOOD • Goldfish eat special food. You should feed the fish every morning and evening. If you give them too much food then the water will get dirty and the fish will getsick.
