This initiative focuses on enhancing the role of Learning Mentors within schools, building on the successful Behaviour Improvement Programme (BIP). Implementing a flexible approach, we emphasize data analysis and the importance of cross-phase links to facilitate effective assisted transfers. Our aim is to create a whole-school framework that promotes social and emotional development for all students. We employ the WAVE model for interventions, offering Tier 1 quality teaching for all, alongside targeted support through small group and individual interventions.
