A Microsoft Access database to organize historical PWG documents by name, date, category, type, and URL. Documents can be output to Excel, Word, or PDF for posting on the ERCOT website. Examples include sorting by date or category.

PWG Document Library • A Microsoft Access database has been designed to organize and report the historical PWG documents. • The following document attributes are stored: • Name as it appears on the ERCOT web site • Date (usually the date of the meeting when the document was presented or discussed) • Category such as “Unaccounted For Energy” , “Load Research Sampling” or “Annual Validation” • Document type such as xls, doc or ppt • Description (short summary of the document contents) • URL. • Rows can be sorted on any of the above attributes.
PWG Document Library • The contents can be output to an Excel spreadsheet, Word document or pdf file and then posted to the ERCOT web site • The following slides contain examples. • Excel Spreadsheet sorted by Date • Word Document sorted by Date & Category. • Other web-related formats are possible such as xml and html.
