EDC Program Highlights • EDC 3.1a SAT underway as of 14 May 1999, completion planned 9 June 1999 • Excellent results to date • Executed 3,362 test steps for 581 shalls • Passed 565 of the 581 shalls (97% pass rate) • EDC 3.1a formal Y2K completed on 21 May 1999 with 100% pass rate • Completed all 3 rollover date tests successfully • 12/31/99 to 1/1/00 • 2/28/00 to 2/29/00 • 2/29/00 to 3/1/00 • Executed 1368 test steps for 83 of 83 total “Green Book” requirements • Passed all 83 “Green Book” requirements

Eglin FSL PTR Closure Status • The FSL closure rate for Type II PTRs has run below plan for several weeks • This was caused, primarily, by focusing the development and integration teams on 7.0 SAT preparation and conduct • The results of the 7.0 SAT were excellent • Additional resources have been applied and the development and integration teams have been refocused on resolving the remaining Type 2 PTRs

Final plan (Revision D) will be forwarded to FAA for approval NLT 4 June • FAA Comments on draft ISC Focused Test Procedure reviewed, being incorporated • ISC General Test Procedure reviewed on 24 May with FAA. Comments being incorporated. FAA expects longer test than we originally proposed. We are adjusting our procedure to better reflect FAA expectations. Still expected to be completed within the budgeted effort • Raytheon provided ESL Draft procedure to FAA on 28 April. We notified the FAA Technical Lead last week that we need formal comments (We have received their comments informally). We intend to send final test procedure NLT 15 June 1999 • SCSC/OSF Test Procedure is planned to be conducted at WJHTC (per FAA direction)
