Issues Identified in Chamber Wire Map and Hedgehog Boards

This document details the findings from the Side A read-out of the chamber wire map and Hedgehog boards. Notable issues include missing wires that have slipped off from both the RO and HV sides, as well as broken wires with parts remaining in the tubes. Additionally, several channels are identified as noisy or dead, with all tubes on the HV side reported as operational on the last check date. A comprehensive analysis of the affected channels and recommendations for remedial action are included.
