The Educational Plant Survey is a systematic study aimed at assessing existing educational facilities and determining future needs. The goal is to create a comprehensive plan that accommodates students and staff, considering current and projected data in the Community Colleges system. Costs Data • Construction cost data are from historical records using the state cost construction index (CCI) compared to state and national indexes and then applying the index to known historic cost data • Other finance data are imported from the original source or supplied by you
