Form • New for 2013 • Business Office Website under Forms http://www.med.umkc.edu/business_office/forms.shtml • Two Types • Regular Faculty Evaluation • Professor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor • Non Tenure Track Faculty Evaluation • Ranked Non-Tenure Track (NTT) • Professor/Assistant Professor/Associate Professor with titles identifying their area (Research, Teaching, Clinical) • Un-Ranked Full-Time Non-Regular Title • Research Assistant, Research Associate, Lecturer, Instructor, Visiting Scholar

  3. Timeline • Review Period: June 1, 2012 – May 31,2013 • Forms Due in Business Office • Non-Renewal: May 31 • Need to give required about of time for notification • Reappointment: July 31

  6. Record Keeping • Review will be kept in electronic file shared by School of Medicine Business Office and Faculty Affairs • Copies can be requested by authorized people.
