Tool Faculty Goals and Improvement Plan A continuous improvement tool intended to help faculty plan goals for personal improvement. Due: October 3, 2011 http://www.grcc.edu/facultyevaluation
Tool Classroom Observation Each semester your Evaluator will attend one of your classes and observe you in your teaching environment. Observation Periods: September 12 – November 18, 2011 January 16– April 5, 2012

Tool Self-Evaluation Your evaluation of how well you met the goals and objectives outlined in your Faculty Goals and Improvement Plan. Due: April 1, 2012 http://www.grcc.edu/facultyevaluation

This Fall • Prepare and submit your FGIP to your Evaluator by 10/3/11 • At that time (typically) your Evaluator’s assistant will schedule • your FGIP meeting • three possible dates for a classroom visit • http://www.grcc.edu/facultyevaluation
During your FGIP meeting you will • discuss FGIP • (typically) discuss your upcoming classroom visit
Your Evaluator will visit your classroom during one of your arranged dates. • After the visit a post-observation meeting will be arranged and held with your Evaluator
In late October* you will receive your questionnaire packets • Administer the student questionnaires in two classes between October 31st and November 13th. • * Faculty with early ending classes will receive packets according to their course ending dates.
