  2. Financial • NDHB currently leases 6,128m2 in Whangarei at a cost of $1.0m per annum • The development of an on-campus office building and relocation of staff will save $4.0m over the 20 year forecast period ($202,000 per annum)

  3. Other Benefits • Co-location of staff • Efficiencies of scale • Operate as a ‘whole of system’ organisation

  4. Current State *Not included in this exercise, The Villa, 123 clinic, Cool store and Poto St (1181m2).

  5. Future State Please note the Creative Space’s report has for the new office 197 Work Spaces/ 3268m2 = 16.5 m2 per work space.
