DEVELOPMENT OF DOCUMENT SYSTEM IN FARM • Risk assessment in land, water resource, Organic Fertilizer, Hygiene, Worker • Work plan for waste management and environment • Procedure of complaint and recall • Procedure for sanitary practice in the area • Training record • Input used records (Fertilizer, PPP, Irrigation) • Laboratory analysis result of irrigation water and yield • Procedure for first aids and emergency in farm • Procedure of personal hygiene • Pesticide list with MRL of pesticides
